Systemic coaching - Energetic transformation :
Kernkracht is a spin-off of the Catholic University of Leuven. It is a network of senior trainers and consultants from within and outside the university. They look with a very specific focus to the different problems and challenges of all kind of organisations.
Mission :
Kernkracht has the vocation to release innovative insights and proactive energies in people, teams and organisations.We bring innovative ideas concerning effective leadership, motivation and the learning organisation. We introduce also new methodologies to analyse the problems and to demonstrate solutions, new perspectives and challenges.
In this way we contribute in a very specific way to the development and growth of people and their competencies and potentialities and to the wellbeing of organisations and their participants.
We show them the way to a proactive learning organisation and sustainable development based on authentic human values.
