Content

The Tetralema approach can be seen as a new frame of reference for decision-making and for organizational change and personal development.
Situations requiring a decision can be physically experienced via constellations and through the perception of the perspective of "the one possibility" and "the other possibility". Congruencies which had been overlooked appear as "both" and new choices open up in the 4th position "neither of the two". The 5th position, "none of all these and not even that" makes the constellation really exciting. Solutions frequently appear on another level that may not even have been considered possible. This approach is appropriate when a choice has to be made between two alternatives , but more than 2 is also possible.

Three seminars, one process

These seminar makes part of a cycle of three seminars. You can follow just one seminar or attend the three different seminars to get the whole perspective on the new strategies and performant techniques.
Seminar 1 is about solutions focused approach and constellations (22-23 January 2010) and seminar 3 on structural constellations (18-19-20 January 2011). Both seminars will also be facilitated by Matthias Varga Von Kibéd and Insa Sparrer.
